Anoella.com is inviting everyone to take the "I Eat Green Relay Challenge". Get involved in this fun and interactive activity that promotes healthy lifestyle choices.

The challenge involves people spending their green on greens, posting a photo to social media, then nominating others to do the same, all in an effort to promote eating healthy food.  People are encouraged to eat dark leafy greens such as spinach, kale, collard greens, swiss chard, turnip greens, mustard greens, and broccoli to name a few as they are nutritional powerhouses filled with vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. They are rich in chlorophyll, which alkalinizes the blood, and fiber, which keeps the colon healthy. These dark leafy greens can be eaten raw in salads or sautéed and incorporated into a stir-fry, soup or side dish.
