Ingredients: per serving
- fresh mint- 1 sprig
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 to 1 tablespoon turbinado sugar ( adjust to sugar content of champagne)
- champagne or sparkling wine
- Place mint, sugar and lime juice into bottom of glass.
- Muddle with back of spoon until sugar dissolves.
- Fill the glass with ice and then champagne.
- Adjust sugar content based on type of champagne, garnish with lime or mint.
